Svantek has launched its new SV106
Human Vibration Meter and
Analyser.

This instrument is capable of
measuring both hand-arm (HAV)
and whole body vibration (WBV)
and can measure vibration
simultaneously on both
hands, using two triaxial
accelerometers.

It features six
channels for vibration
and two channels for
static force
measurement, the
SV106 can also be used
to measure whole-body vibration
when used with a seat accelerometer.

The instrument provides octave
and third octave real time band
analysis and complies with standards
ISO 8041:2005 and ISO 2631-1,2&5
(including VDV and MTVV) for
human vibration and ISO 5349 for
hand-arm vibration.

Data from SV106 can be
downloaded to any PC and the
memory can also be expanded by
using a micro SD flash card.
