Versatile solution for rescue

trademark has launched the new
R500 Descender to complement its
range of Rollgliss descenders and
evacuators.

The main advantage of this rope
descender is its extreme versatility. It
can even be used by one or two
people simultaneously, with a rope
length of up to 300m, thereby
enabling any type of operation.

The R500 is used for evacuation
and rescue in a wide range of sectors
such as Wind Turbines, Oil Drilling
Rigs, Electric Power or
Telecommunication Utility Poles
and Construction. The R500 is ultra
light, requiring only one length of
rope and no reeving system. The
gear ratio of the rescue winch and
cam cleat enable problem-free lifting
in total safety during rescue.
