Training top of the agenda

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

At this year’s Safety & Health Expo Arco will showcase its expertise and offerings as a provider of training, consultancy and site services across four areas: Mortal Risk, Industrial Occupational Hygiene and Health, Hazard Control and  Safety Competence.

Demonstrations of Mortal Risk solutions will be lively and practical. Arco’s stand will incorporate a scaffolding tower, where live rescue and working at height demonstrations will take place, delivered by Total Access, now part of the Arco family. In the Atrium, visitors can meet the experts from Arco’s Training and Consultancy team and look around one of its award-winning fleet of mobile confined spaces training unit.

For Industrial Occupational Hygiene and Health, Arco will show its capabilities in Noise Assessment, and a Fit to Fit Accredited trainer will be on hand to explain the need for and demonstrate different methods of Face Fit testing. Visitors will also be able to meet Arco’s team of experienced safety and health practitioners, who provide training and consultancy services, including helping clients to comply with health, safety and environmental legislation.

In the area of Safety Competence, Arco will be showcasing its range of IOSH, NEBOSH and CIEH accredited training courses. Safety and health products on show will include Arco Pro fall arrest equipment and flame retardant clothing.
