Our Tracked Evacuation Chairs are popular across the Globe and can be found in multi-level buildings where evacuation via staircases may be essential in an emergency, such as a fire, or when a lift is out-of-order. Mobility impaired persons often require assistance in these situations and our evacuation chairs are ideal as they have a specially designed tracked system which enables them to glide down stairways with ease.
The Evacuation Chair Excel model is an upgraded version of our Standard Evacuation Chair. It incorporates weight bearing arms, a full chest support harness and leg support strap for additional comfort and safety. The weight capacity has been increased to allow a load of up to 160kg and it has built-in carry handles which make it easy to manoeuvre up stairways as well as down to ground level.
