Temporary roof

The UBIX temporary roofing system
from Combisafe has been chosen to
protect the Kingsgate Shopping
Centre, Huddersfield, for a first floor
extension.

Using two separate UBIX roofs
with the RunWay system, allowed a
fast way of opening the roof to crane
through materials.

If required, the UBIX system can
be used to create different roof
designs such as asymmetric,
symmetric, mono pitch and arch
spans. It is also compatible with
scaffold systems and conforms to
NASC Code of Practice.

Sheeting is installed by the Keder
approach another safety feature as it
means operatives do not need to
climb on the the roof.
