South, which takes place at Sandown
Park, 1st-2nd March, to launch a new
Evacuation chair. Visitors to Stand 56
will be able to see for themselves the
chair’s features which include: weight
bearing arms for ease of transfer;
chest support strap; no width
restriction on the seat; built in carry
handles; and a 160kg weight capacity
The company will also be
showcasing a new premium Transit
chair. The chair has 4 wheels, a
footrest, padded seat and a special
hinge that allows the chair to be
folded in half. Complete with wall
hooks, cover and instructions the
chair is neatly packed in a compact
box with built in carry handle.

Other products on display will
include the new Evacuslider designed
for horizontal evacuation and a new
evacuaid motion detecting bracelet,
which works by detecting movement.

If after a period of 25 seconds the
wearer has not moved then the
bracelet emits a bright LED light and
90db siren to attract attention.
