Having correctly trained Lift Truck Instructors can help your business cut costs, improve efficiency, and boost safety. Let RTITB help you ‘train the trainer’.

When you’re working with Lift Trucks, having correctly trained Instructors can help your business cut costs, improve efficiency, and boost operational safety. If you need to ‘train the trainer’, you can find a professional course that perfectly meets your requirements through the RTITB Instructor Network.

The RTITB Lift Truck Instructor training course provides candidates with the skills necessary to prepare and examine operators for the working environments of lift trucks in accordance with agreed best practice.

The Lift Truck Instructor course provides candidates with interactive guided theory, discussion, and practice. It prepares candidates to cater for the needs of their learners both in and out of the training room. By the end of the course, candidates will be able to recall and discuss relevant legislation, be aware of the codes of practice relating to lift truck operation and will be capable of planning, preparing, and delivering lift truck training.

The Lift Truck Instructor Training course concludes with an objective examination carried out by an RTITB examiner. All elements of the examination (operating skills, associated knowledge, and practical Instruction) must be passed to successfully qualify as an RTITB instructor.
