Retail training collaboration

Health and safety training company,
First Response Training and
Consultancy Services, has joined
forces with the National Skills
Academy (NSA) for Retail to provide
first-class training for the retail sector.

The collaboration will be launched
through the NSA’s field-based Retail
Skills Shops and also through its
Skills Advisors, who are based at the
company’s head office in central
London. First Response’s products
will feature on the NSA’s website and
the provider has produced a special
brochure for NSA clients to
showcase the variety of training
services it offers.

First Response will provide a range
of e-learning training courses in
partnership with the NSA and will
also be offering direct provision,
classroom-based training in health
and safety, fire safety, food hygiene,
first aid, risk assessment, professional
development, IOSH-accredited
courses and special focus subjects.
