The HSE passport gives a unique ID
card that agency workers and
contractors can use as evidence that
they have successfully completed
Health, Safety and Environment
training prior to beginning an
assignment. The card will have a
picture of the agency worker or
contractor with a unique number and
is supplied with a holder and lanyard.

Host companies and employers
can then use the HSE Passport
checking service, 100% accurate, it
allows the worker to demonstrate
their competencies easily, enabling
safe work placement.

The on-line training is interactive,
and follows the guidelines as laid out
in INDG381: Emergencies,
Workplace Safety, Use of DSE,
Employee Health (trips,slips and
lifting), Personal Safety, Driving
Safety and Environmental Issues.

The card will mean the host just
needs to carry out a short induction
relating to site specific H&S matters,
saving time on instruction.
