A-Safe barriers were installed at
Coca Cola’s Malvern plant back in
2006, following a successful trial the
year before. In a busy environment
like this, wear and tear can be quite
a problem, but thanks to A-Safe’s
polypropylene construction and
built-in memory, the barriers are
said to still look like new. In fact,
the installation proved so successful
that A-Safe barriers have now been
installed at a number of other sites
in the Coca Cola group.
David Lindesay, the company’s
team services leader says: “The
initial cost of installing A-Safe
barriers has been more than offset
with the savings we have made by
replacing the metal barriers we
previously had in place, which were
easily damaged and required
repainting on a regular basis.”
