Loading systems service

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

British independent lift company Stannah Microlifts services and repairs over 91,000 lift products across the UK. The latest addition to its range of services is a new dedicated department providing specialist maintenance for loading systems, industrial doors and access products.

Headed up by Fraser Pengelly, who has a vast amount of experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of loading bay equipment, the new service is growing rapidly.

Fraser said: "The Stannah national network of service branches and over 360 highly trained lift engineers is the perfect fit for multi-national companies with logistic requirements in every area of the UK. With many national retailers already part of our lift and escalator portfolio adding loading systems to our capability makes perfect sense."

The scope of the Stannah loading systems service includes: Dock levellers, scissor lifts, industrial and commercial doors, dock shelters, vehicle restraints and wheel guides, traffic lights, gates and lifting arm access barriers, and automatic entrance doors.

The dedicated Stannah loading bay team can help with planned maintenance, repair, replacement and refurbishment of all equipment providing a single hub for multiple products.
