ISO training meets digital health and safety
NOTIFY TECHNOLOGY, a health and safety software provider, has announced a new partnership with iqms Learning, a specialist in management systems training, auditor training, and consultancy.

Health and safety leaders are increasingly recognising a disconnect between ISO training and how management systems operate day to day, particularly in higher-risk, multi-site organisations. This new partnership aims to address that challenge.
While organisations continue to invest heavily in ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 training, many struggle to translate learning outcomes into consistent operational practice. Procedures may exist on paper, but evidence of implementation, competence, and continual improvement is often fragmented across teams, sites, and systems.
This partnership brings together quality training – including CQI and IRCA or IOSH programmes delivered by iqms Learning – with Notify’s cloud-based health and safety software. This ensures that well trained people are supported by effective tools for maximum impact.
Together, this enables organisations to apply learning outcomes directly within their day-to-day systems of work, supporting more consistent compliance across the organisation.
Under the partnership, both organisations will continue to operate independently. Notify Technology will promote iqms Learning’s CQI and IRCA-accredited courses, including ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO 14001 (Environment), which are available at Foundation, Internal Auditor, and Lead Auditor levels. In turn, iqms Learning will promote Notify’s health and safety software to organisations looking to embed ISO best practice into their processes.
For health and safety leaders, the focus is on ensuring that knowledge gained through training is reflected in practice – from how incidents are managed and risks are assessed, to how audits are conducted and corrective actions are closed. By supporting these activities through structured digital workflows, organisations can improve consistency across teams, strengthen audit readiness, and maintain clear, real-time evidence of compliance.
Duncan Davies, Co-founder and CEO of Notify Technology, commented: “We are excited to partner with iqms Learning to help health and safety leaders make ISO standards work in the real world – supporting safer operations, stronger management systems, and a shared goal of ensuring everyone works safe and goes home safe.”
Steve Nicholas, managing director of iqms Learning added “Real value from any system is achieved when people are skilled, confident, and understand how and why strong SHEQ outcomes are delivered. When motivated teams are supported by effective platforms like Notify, the combination can be truly transformative for organisations.”
The partnership is particularly relevant to organisations operating in medium- to high-risk sectors such as construction, logistics, and manufacturing, where robust management systems and clear digital evidence are essential for managing risk and demonstrating compliance.
