Following a huge project to upgrade
distance and e-learning courses,
RRC’s students are now reaping the
benefits in terms of significantly
improved pass rates.

RRC’s International General
Certificate students who sat their
exams in March 2011 have shown
that they beat the NEBOSH average
by a 20%, with 70% passing Unit
IGC1 (NEBOSH average 48%) and
58% passing Unit IGC2 (NEBOSH
average 38%).

RRC head of training Dr David
Towlson commented: “RRC’s new
courses are designed purely with the
student in mind – key definitions are
explained in easy spot coloured
boxes and interesting activities help
to bring the topics to life. We are
delighted to see that our investment
is clearly showing in our students’
results.”
