In excess of 1000m of Easyguard
permanent, free standing handrails
have been supplied by Safetyworks
& Solutions, to the site of a
manufacturer of earth moving
equipment.

The Easyguard system was chosen
as it was able to offer a fast track
installation process and also system
flexibility due to its design which
does not incorporate counterweight
components within the
manufacture.

Easyguard free standing handrails
are galvanised to BS/EN 1461. The
base plates are fitted with bonded
ribbed rubber mats, which include
an EPDM foam infill which in turn,
reduces heat transference to the roof
membrane. In addition, Easyguard
is a modular, non-penetrative
system, which offers a lightweight
design and is said to be weather
proof and corrosion resistant.
