Food safety eLearning
The CIEH Assured Level 2 Food Safety online eLearning course from EssentialSkillz is aimed at food handlers who work in the catering, manufacturing or retail sectors (e.g. hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food outlets, takeaways, hospitals and colleges) and who are involved in preparing, cooking and handling food in these settings.
Businesses can train staff where and when they wish as the course is online. It can also be completed in one sitting or over a number of sessions. At just 90 minutes long, the course is said to save considerable time and money compared to face-to-face training.
All training is recorded in the comprehensive Learning Management System and can be reported on.
