Flammable liquid storage a problem?

One of Safety Unlimited’s most popular manufactured products is the Relocatable Safety Store, a building designed specifically for the storage of low flash point flammable liquids, temperature sensitive chemicals, paints and other hazardous materials, that complies with current Environmental and Health & Safety legislation.

These stores are manufactured externally from plastic coated steel panels for excellent corrosion resistance. The walls, roof and doors are insulated with Rockwool Firebatt and internally lined with galvanised steel sheet. Each store is equipped with high and low Flame Arrested ventilation. The doors are fitted with a Yale security lock c/w internal override and the entire base area is protected by a leakproof sump and covered with removable Galvanised Grid flooring.

These units are One Hour Fire Rated, tested and approved by the Warrington Fire Research Centre in compliance with BS476: part 22 1987 clause 5.

Optional extras include shelving, EX rated lighting, heating, extraction, temperature control and fire detection equipment.
