ELTEN showcases at HSM Live Leeds
THE HSM Live Event on 12 March 2026 at Elland Road in Leeds offers ELTEN the ideal platform to present its latest innovations and revised orthopaedic concept. Among other things, the company will be showcasing its lightest, most innovative safety footwear, which sets new standards in terms of protection, comfort and performance.

As one of Europe’s leading safety footwear companies, ELTEN looks back on more than 110 years of history, during which it has significantly shaped the safety industry. The company was founded in 1910 and has been family-run by the ELTEN family ever since. In the coming years, Hendrik van Elten will take on the role of managing director, representing the fifth generation of family leadership.
ELTEN is a company shaped by tradition and values. Part of its production still takes place in Germany, in Uedem, the small village where the company was founded. With more than 500 models in our range, the company meets almost any requirement for safety footwear. Its extensive portfolio also ensures it offers suitable solutions for a wide variety of professional fields , from agriculture and skilled trades to logistics and industry.
Particularly noteworthy is the TAVIXX, one of the lightest safety shoes ELTEN has ever produced. Thanks to the innovative Infinergy material from BASF, the shoe offers excellent cushioning while simultaneously returning energy, significantly reducing fatigue during long working days and enabling employees to perform at their best.
Another key focus at ELTEN is orthopaedics. The right combination of suitable work shoes and orthopaedic aids can significantly improve employee well-being, reduce sick days and increase productivity – ultimately contributing to the economic success of companies.
This is where ELTEN’s orthopaedic consultation day comes in. Its trained team visits your company and measures your employees’ feet on site. Equipped with the latest technology, ELTEN can determine the most accurate results. With the help of the measurement results, they can then recommend the right shoe for you. For minor foot deformities, a semi-orthopaedic insole is usually sufficient, but for more serious issues, the company recommends an orthopaedic insole that is specially adapted to your foot. These can be custom-made in its orthopaedic workshop using a 3D printer.
