A self-contained, personnel dedusting
booth for removing dust and
work debris from clothes has been
introduced by air handling specialist,
Air Control Industries.

The free-standing booth has both
blow and extraction systems that work
in unison to remove dust/dirt from
clothes, simultaneously exhausting it
away to avoid re-contamination.

Delivering air at pressures below
2.1 psi, it’s safe even when the air jet
is used directly on exposed skin. Air
is delivered via a hand-held gun
attached to a flexible hose and the
extraction unit that exhausts the
removed dust is located in the base
of the booth. A 240V 16 A supply is
required.
