Countdown to the BSIF Safety Awards has begun

On April 14th the BSIF Safety Awards judging panel will decide who will receive the coveted awards for product innovation, service and safety excellence which are sponsored this year by Scott Safety. The winners will be announced and the awards presented on Tuesday 17th June at Safety & Health Expo 2014 in ExCel London.

This year’s judging panel sees a number of key figures from the health & safety industry joining forces to decide on the finalists for one of the industry’s most prestigious award ceremonies. The judging panel includes: Hugh Robertson, Senior Policy Officer at TUC and John Cairns of Safety Groups UK among others. Following the judging panel the BSIF plan to publish the finalists.

Commenting on the awards, BSIF CEO, Alan Murray said: “It is great to welcome Scott Safety as the award sponsors this year and we look forward to paying tribute on 17^th June to the manufacturers and suppliers of health & safety products and services who are dedicated to helping save lives at work.”
