Reporting to the group head of health, safety & fleet, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving positive change by partnering with Regional Management and senior leadership teams. The position is instrumental in developing and delivering health and safety strategies that ensure legal compliance, protect people and assets, and foster a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to influence and shape best-in-class safety practices, contributing directly to Highbourne Group’s mission of making homes, businesses, and lives better. By promoting a knowledgeable and engaged workforce, the Health and Safety Business Partner will help create a secure environment where colleagues can thrive and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include leading initiatives focused on accident reduction, near-miss reporting, and continuous improvement in safety performance metrics, including lost time injury frequency rates. The role also supports innovation in safety solutions and reinforces the organisation’s commitment to integrity, reliability, and operational excellence.

Although the role does not include direct people or budget management responsibilities, it carries significant strategic influence across the regional business.
