2013 dates for the Murex Welding
Products City & Guilds Accredited
Gas Equipment Inspectors training
courses have been announced.

Both Certification and
Recertification Courses are available
and are suitable for those responsible
for the safety of oxy-fuel gas systems
in places of work or training,
including safety officers,
maintenance staff, supervisors and
teaching staff. Candidates on both
courses will be brought up to date
with all new legislation, standards
and product types now available in
the UK.

The Certification Courses give
qualifications that allow individuals
to conduct full safety checks on oxyfuel
gas welding systems. The
syllabus covers theoretical
instruction on oxy-fuel gas safety, the
properties of gases, safe use and
operation of systems, as well as
practical training and hands-on
tuition.
Two day Certification Course dates
in Waltham Cross for 2013 are: 13th
to 14th February and 18th to 19th
September. The cost is £515 + VAT
and includes accommodation and
meals. Recertification Courses take
place in Waltham Cross on:
06/03/13, 15/05/13, 04/09/13;
Birmingham: 17/04/13, 12/06/13,
02/10/13, 09/10/13; Glasgow:
04/12/13. The cost is: £236 + VAT.
