is acquiring all shares and assets in
Uniline Safety Systems, a fall

manufacturing company in
Worcestershire, United Kingdom.

The company offers a variety of
products and services catering to the
fall protection market, with customers
in the Wind Energy, Utilities, Marine
and Roof Top sectors.

Through this acquisition, Capital
Safety Group will supplement its
global position with customer
relationships and systems products
and expertise, along with
geographical strengths to create one
of the largest fall protection systems
suppliers in the world.
