Campaign taken to the next level

At the start of 2012 Toyota Material
Handling launched a dedicated
safety campaign called ‘Taking Care
with Toyota’ to support companies to
reduce injury and accidents in the
workplace. Toyota has now
announced that the campaign will
continue in 2013. The objective has
been expanded to provide additional
support to companies relating not
only to workplace safety, but also
providing advice on best practice and
driving down costs in materials
handling.

In 2013, Toyota will develop its
free resources to include best
practice guides plus additional
resources about the Toyota
Production System (TPS). It will
continue to provide regular best
practice information and a TPS
roadmap through its quarterly enewsletter.

Toyota has also extended
its relationship with EU-OSHA for
2012 /2013 as elected sponsor of new
campaign ‘Working Together for
Risk Prevention’.
