Applications engineering team
To support its growing business, Master Abrasives has set up an applications engineering team dedicated to providing customers with technical support in a range of applications.
The team will be managed by Ian Meredith, applications engineering manager, who has vast experience in a range of applications as a qualified apprentice-trained engineer and many years’ experience in the bearing, diamond dressing tool and abrasive industries.
Martin Stevens will be joining the team as applications engineer for both abrasives and grinding machines. Martin is also an apprentice-trained qualified engineer with over 30 years’ experience in industry and recent technical training on grinding machines, making him a key part of the team’s customer-facing support.
Kelly Warrington, sales co-ordinator, will provide vital assistance from the office as part of this team. Kelly has been with the company for two years and has been working closely with Ian in providing customer quotes and information on the precision product range.
