Caljan Rite-Hite has acquired AMH
Services, creating a UK wide
company, combining the products of
Caljan Rite-Hite with the philosophy
and focus of AMH Services.

For Caljan, the acquisition means
a step in the overall growth strategy
that identified the need for a service
infrastructure providing coverage in
the UK, with a 24/7, 2hour response
time. Customer satisfaction remains
key, therefore, it will be business as
usual as the companies are merged
throughout the first half of 2011.

Caljan Rite-Hite designs,
manufactures, installs and maintains
loading and unloading solutions,
dock solutions, energy-saving
products, health & safety products
and industrial doors for use within
distribution centres, warehouses, and
parcel hubs and depots.
