Beeswift acquires Schulte Safety Products
British company Beeswift, one of the leading manufacturers and distributors for high-quality health and safety products in Europe, officially announced at the A+A trade fair in Düsseldorf the successful acquisition of the Dutch distributor for workwear and protective clothing Schulte Safety Products (SSP).
The event was attended by the British Consul-General Rafe Courage as well as representatives of the Beeswift management board and customers.

As of 1 October 2017, SSP is wholly owned by Beeswift and will be known and traded as Beeswift BV. The acquisition will ensure SSP/ Beeswift BV benefits from inward investment to enhance and deepen its existing product range. The acquisition has already led to an increase in its workforce with further additions planned as the business grows over the coming months.
The acquisition provides Beeswift with a firm footing from which to develop sales throughout Benelux, Germany and beyond. The company strictly adheres to current international manufacturing standards and norms. Regular production facility audits are conducted through IRCA certified experts ensuring that compliance with highest quality standards is maintained.
