Following a Globus hand protection survey, Taylor Woodrow BAM Nuttall (TWBN) who is working on a project to deliver a £500 million scheme for London Underground to upgrade Tottenham Court Road Tube station, selected a range of Showa Best and Skytec gloves to improve hand safety on the site. As a result, more workers are now wearing gloves, fewer gloves are being collected because they are lasting longer and costs are being driven down. Ultimately, the severity of hand injuries has also reduced.
