HARTING are experienced in the fields of electrical, electronic and optical connection, transmission and networking. We are highly skilled at developing innovations which provide simple yet reliable solutions, especially as markets and industries evolve quickly. For example, as equipment becomes more compact and complex, we have designed robust and space-saving solutions for fast Ethernet, device connectivity and industrial cabling.

HARTING have also created modular solutions to help customers improve flexibility and quickly adapt manufacturing processes. For example, the Han-Modular® range allows you to produce a bespoke connector by combining individual modules for different transmission media. You can even use the innovative Han® Configurator tool to quickly design interfaces for your specific applications.

In addition, HARTING Customised Solutions (HCS), based at our Northampton production facility, combines market-leading products with expertise so you can develop components tailored to your specific requirements and applications. We work closely with you and our production specialists to plan, design, test and produce a wide range of bespoke products such as jumper cables, hoods, housings and connectors, which are factory built and 100% electrically tested onsite.

HARTING have also embraced the trend of miniaturisation, manufacturing board-to-board and wire-to-board connectivity, including the T1 Industrial, our pioneering connector for the delivery of Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) and the har-modular® PCB connector system, which allows you to create a bespoke design using the online configurator.
