CHAS appoints Anna Shillitoe
26 October 2020
CHAS HAS strengthened its quality and compliance expertise with the appointment of Anna Shillitoe as quality and compliance manager.

Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in quality and compliance to CHAS having spent 14 years in senior roles at two leading educational institutions.
From 2012 to 2020, Anna was the continuous improvement manager at London Business School where she identified, developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the business. Anna was responsible for analysing the SOP’s performance and led improvements to processes and systems which resulted in improved customer feedback and quality and a reduction in time and costs.
Prior to this, Anna worked at City & Guilds where she was responsible for the Group meeting ISO 9001 and Investors in People standards. This included ensuring the quality system was understood and implemented throughout City & Guilds, recruiting and managing internal audit teams, hosting third-party audits and continuation of the group's accreditation.
CHAS managing director Ian McKinnon comments, “I am thrilled to welcome Anna on board as quality and compliance manager. Anna’s formidable experience will be a great asset to CHAS as we continue to expand and evolve our offering.”
Anna Shillitoe adds, "I am really happy to be joining CHAS and I am excited to have the opportunity to make an impact in this new role. I look forward to working with the whole business on their quality and compliance management systems.”
