A key part of this process is Bull’s automatic servicing schedule, which is there to remind customers when equipment is due for annual servicing.

Bull Products’ nationwide service team is available to ensure a premises or a site is fully compliant for fire protection. Where equipment is already installed, they can arrange a free of charge site survey by qualified BAFE technicians to assess the situation and make recommendations for any changes necessary.

Once the site is fully equipped and meeting current regulations, Bull’s service team can provide annual servicing to ensure fire protection remains compliant and will also respond to emergency call outs to do this. The team also provides full phone and on-site technical support where Cygnus wireless fire alarm systems are installed.
