Alcumus aquires Santia Consulting

Alcumus is the market-leading provider of technology-enabled compliance, certification and verification risk management solutions. The enlarged business will serve over 30,000 clients both in the UK and internationally, including 35% of the FTSE 100 and provide outsourced risk management services which are critical to compliance with UK regulations, internationally recognised standards and recognised contractor accreditation and supply chain verification schemes.

Alyn Franklin, formerly Santia’s Chief Financial Officer, will join Alcumus as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring continuity and quality of service delivery and client management.

The acquisition of Santia was supported with funding and transactional expertise from Inflexion, Alcumus’ private equity investor, which invests in established high growth businesses and is one of the UK’s leading independent private equity houses.  Inflexion has one of the largest mid-market teams in the UK and a network of international offices in Brazil, China and India.  Inflexion’s philosophy is to support management teams with investment to enable them to grow their business.
