Lockout solution for pipeline maintenance

The device locks out the blind flange by concealing and securing the flange bolts. It provides workers with positive control over the blind and protection from the accidental release of vapours, chemicals and other hazards until they remove their personal safety padlock when the work is complete.

There are three sizes available, and the adjustable device can adapt to multiple flanged pipe applications. Four locking holes allow for multiple workers to lockout the device at one time. The durable aluminum and hardened steel construction is also designed to withstand extreme conditions.
