RS Components has unveiled the latest Weller FT fume-extraction systems, comprising versatile configurations and accessories designed to ensure a cleaner environment for up to four workplaces.

The new ZERO SMOG 2 is described as an economical, portable extractor unit that can be placed under or next to the benchtop. The turbine uses a brushless motor for maintenance-free longevity, and a choice of single or 2x flexible extraction arms provides extraction for up to two workplaces. A special adhesive-fume variant with additional built-in chemical filtering is also available.

The ZERO SMOG 4V system provides extraction for two to four positions, with speed control to optimise airflow at individual workplaces.
