New year, new courses

Posted on Friday 1 January 2010

UTN Training has expanded the range of training it provides by adding the IOSH Managing Safely three day course and New Roads & Street Works (NRSWA) Reassessment, both of which will be delivered at its venues in Liverpool, Wakefield, Birmingham and London East.

IOSH Managing Safely has been condensed into three days covering exactly the same content as the four day course. Although this means longer days this makes it more convenient for companies and organisations to free people up to attend. UTN Training is also running the existing four day IOSH Managing Safely course.

NRSWA Reassessment is designed for operators and supervisors who have several years’ experience of working on highways and who already hold a current SWQR card that requires renewing.

In February UTN Training will launch a third course, PASMA Towers on Stairs. The one day course shows how to safely assemble, dismantle, alter, use and inspect towers on stairs. UTN Training’s website shows the course content, and online booking will be available soon.
