Evacuation app
Evacusafe has launched a mobile phone app, which is available to download free of charge via the Apple App Store.
Paul Mitchell, director of Evacusafe, said: “It’s a fact that we live in a day and age where people do a lot of research and shopping via their mobile phone and other handheld devices. Essentially it’s a mobile market with a huge customer base.
“With the Evacusafe App people can find out all they need to know about Evacusafe products and services at the touch of a button wherever they may be. They can be kept up-to-date with any Evacusafe news, details of events and exhibitions the company will be attending, all new product launches and app-only special offers.”
By clicking on the ‘How can we help you?’ option within the app, customers can take a photo of their existing evacuation equipment or stairs, via their mobile phone or device, and send it to Evacusafe who will assess the photograph and advise the customer directly with regards to products, training or servicing.
