The 90 minute course, which 
includes a certificate, can be completed in one sitting or over a number of sessions and 
discounts are available for quantity purchases. 

It follows the CIEH level 2 syllabus and is aimed at food handlers who work in the catering, manufacturing or retail sectors (e.g. hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food outlets, takeaways, hospitals and colleges) and who are involved in preparing, cooking and handling food in these settings.
