Reporting app

The new integrated system from UK based technology startup FaultFixers allows building users to easily report issues through a smartphone ‘app’ within 30 seconds, and have that sent to a property manager, a control centre or directly delegated to an operative.

Location tags are generated with unique machine readable codes. These are placed in rooms and other locations around the organisation. Apple and Android apps allow building users to scan the location tags, access information on that location, and report new issues.

FaultFixers has been designed to make problem reporting easy and quick, so health and safety issues can be addressed. FaultFixers automation lowers the number of inbound service centre calls, eliminates repeat reporting of the same issue, and automates updates to clients. Analytics provide reporting and can be easily integrated with existing CAFM solutions.
