Parker Merchanting, a leading UK distributer of site consumables, has launched a new website featuring an online store with instant access to products and assistance.
Peter Swain from Parker Merchanting says: “The new site has been re-designed and rebuilt using the latest web standards and technology. This significant investment will allow us to give customers full access to over 6,500 product lines, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers will be able to view live stock availability so they can order with confidence.”
The easy to navigate site includes search facilities, web order history and bespoke customer log-ins.
New features include: order before 5.00pm for next day delivery, free next day delivery (on orders over £50), ‘Click and Collect’ from your local branch. ‘Live Help’ for immediate assistance from one of Parker’s PPE consultants is also available on the new platform and branded clothing can be ordered in four easy steps and within a five day lead time.
