On a mission

Managing director Lee Darton from
Flextraction, the supplier and
manufacturer of Local Exhaust
Ventilation (LEV), has returned from
a UK Trade and Investment (UKTI)
mission to Germany, which took in
seven cities. The purpose was to find
potential agents and distributors for
Flextraction’s own design range of
totally self supporting Hood
Positioning Devices (HPD).

The Flextractor HPD, Extended
HPD, Mini HPD and Flextender
HPD all incorporate mounting
brackets, hoods and hoses for the
capture and extraction of industrial
dusts and fumes including hazardous
and corrosive fumes at the point of
source. The mission was successful
with an order from a German agent,
and Flextraction is now busy
processing the contacts that Lee made.
