uvex offers climate controlling
clothing that uses intelligent materials
and manufacturing techniques to
complement the body’s regulating
systems for remaining cool and dry.

Now xenova climatec footwear
incorporates these properties in uvex
xenova safety shoes.

The new xenova
climatec is a
lightweight,
anti-slip,
impact and
compression
resistant safety
shoe that is manufactured without
metal components but is said to have
all the strength of a much heavier,
metal toecap product. It is styled like
a fashionable trainer with green or
blue trim on an anthracite body – but
it will be the wearer comfort achieved
with climatec materials and the shock
absorbing insole that will make it
popular across
most
industries, says
the company.

The new
product has
a petrol/oil
resistant,
antistatic/
ESD, heat resistant and
non-marking sole and a dual
density non-metallic safety toe cap
that is tested in accordance with
EN12568.
