Tilsatec launches arc flash gloves

Posted on Thursday 26 March 2026

TILSATEC WILL present its new glove range delivering category 3 arc flash protection at The Health & Safety Event 2026.

The range includes both coated and leather ground glove options. The 23-6990 is a 13gg cut level F neoprene palm-coated glove with an ATPV rating of 11.7 cal, offering unusually high cut resistance for a coated arc flash glove.

The leather ground gloves are available in lined and unlined versions. The 20-7251 is an unlined, soft option for users not requiring cut protection. With an ATPV rating of 30 cal and EN407 41XX4X certification, it is suited to environments involving heat, flame and arc flash risks.

The 20-7451 provides level D cut resistance to EN388:2016, enhanced by an aramid liner. It also features an ATPV rating of 30 cal and EN407 41XX4X protection, making it suitable for demanding applications in oil and gas, utilities, electrical work and related industries.

Both gloves are designed for durability, featuring inner palm reinforcement to reduce wear and improve comfort, along with added protection in high-use areas such as the thumb, index finger and knuckles.
