Monitoring noise

The new PulsarSafeEar from Pulsar
Instruments is claimed to be the
most versatile early noise warning
system available. British-made, it
activates when a pre-set noise level
is exceeded by becoming ‘alive’ with
colour and displaying clear, highly
visual warning graphics and safety
instructions.

It indicates when hearing
protection should be worn and then
switches itself off when the noise
level has fallen back below the
trigger level. This type of product is
also suitable where noise levels
need to be monitored but where
hearing protection may not be
required.
