Helix International secures significant investment

Founded in 2011 by Rosalind Benjamin, Helix International Group is a multi-faceted group providing a range of risk, safety and compliance services for the built environment sector, supported by its market leading risk management software offering. The services it delivers help its blue-chip clients stay ahead of compliance requirements in a constantly evolving regulatory environment. These services are provided through its market-leading brands: Ark Workplace Risk, Firetecnics, Ark Sustainability and Quooda.

Helix International Group is known for its deep technical and sector expertise. It is supported by an exceptional client service team which has enabled it to become the preferred risk & safety solutions partner to its growing customer base. This is exemplified by one of the highest net promoter scores in the sector and >30% CAGR revenue growth over the past two years.

The QPE investment will be used to scale and expand capability to support the company’s mission to deliver the most compelling risk assessment, compliance and safety offerings. As a tech-enabled business, Helix International Group will continue to invest in technology and talent to ensure the business continues to be at the forefront of building compliance regulations. 

Mirela Duras will lead the business in her new role as Helix Group MD.

Helix International Group founder, Rosalind Benjamin is continuing as an investor and a board advisor to the business.
