Workwear supports employment skills

International workwear brand,
Dickies has joined forces with Skills
for Employment to supply
professional quality workwear to a
number of schools in Kent. The City
& Guilds courses have been carefully
selected to deliver the knowledge and
practical skills to help learners take
their first steps into a career in
construction.

Mascalls in Kent was the first
school to sign up in September 2011
and the programme has proved to be
a huge success with seven schools
including special needs schools
signed up for this year. Dickies
donated work trousers, boots, polo
tops, fleeces and PPE equipment.

Moving forward Dickies will be
supplying clothing at advantageous
prices.
