market. The company offers the
complete range of premium
measuring instruments
manufactured by the French
company KIMO Instruments.

Aspire Measurement was set up
early this year by David Billington,
who brings a wealth of knowledge
and experience to the company from
his years as operations director at
Casella Measurement, where he
drove initiatives to build on Casella’s
reputation and increase its
profitability.
