Following a strict assessment, Hertel
has been awarded a full three year
asbestos licence renewal. The renewal
involved a review of Hertel’s threeyear
cycle performance, proof of
documented information and staff
interviews with inspectors from Her
Majesty’s Inspectorate for the Health
and Safety Executive (HSE).

The industrial services provider
was also subject to HSE visits at
client sites throughout the UK where
it carries out notified asbestos works.

Results of all assessments were then
collated by the HSE and sent to the
head of the Asbestos Licensing Unit,
which granted Hertel the final seal of
approval.
