Before selecting a safety cabinet for
hazardous substances is its sensible
to ensure that the model you buy is
suitable for the substance(s) to be
stored, is quality-assured, and offers
ergonomic features. Meeting these
criteria, the Pegasus safety storage
cabinet from asecos has a design that
allows both doors
to be easily
opened using one
hand; they close
automatically,
without the need
for an electrical
power supply. This
means 60% less
manual effort is
required, and
safety is further enhanced.

Using the Pegasus cabinet,
hazardous substances can be stored
in workrooms in compliance with BS
EN 14470-1 (Type 90), fire-resistant
up to 90 minutes. Optional interior
fittings include shelves or removable
drawers, and the cabinet’s storage
capacity is up to 235 litres.
