system in Brazil. A VBA Expert Pro
system has been integrated into a
Suprarex plasma cutting machine
for a customer in the general
fabrication market.

Suprarex plasma cutting machine
for a customer in the general
fabrication market.
The fabricator will be able to take
advantage of the VBA Expert Pro’s
proven ability to undertake precision
bevelling cuts at angles of +/-45° with
a plasma torch. The rotating range is
up to +/-540° and the working area is
suitable for material thicknesses from
6 to 38 mm.
The VBA Expert Pro integrates
simply into the SUPRAREX CNC
plasma cutting machine. The plasma
torch is programmed to move in
three axes via servomotors and this
ensures the highest precision chamfer
tolerances.
