As a provider of approved DGUV/IFA (Institute of Occupational Health Standards) fume control solutions, Extractability are committed to playing a vital role for sustainable and efficient industrial production and offer solutions that contribute to creating safe and clean environments in the workplace. We cover everything from the design stage through to installation, commissioning and servicing and our broad product range includes both fixed and mobile vacuum filtration systems, dust extractors, extraction fans, air filters, flexible hoses, extraction arms and downdraft benches, all servicing the requirements of both the mobile welder or large fabrication workshop.

In addition to our specialist fume, particle and dust control and safety equipment, we also offer full professional health and safety and environmental services, such as air-quality monitoring, sound tests / noise assessment and LEV Testing, along with advice and guidance to help you.

Fume and dust exposure from industrial applications is a serious health risk and it is extremely important for this to be captured at source and to maintain consistent, accurate extraction performance of the machine(s). All LEV (Localised Exhaust Ventilation) systems need commissioning, to make sure they continue to perform well and protect employees. Thorough Examination & Testing (TeXT) is a statutory requirement under articles 9 (2) of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002 and Extractability offer services which include dedicated visits to site to inspect, test and train and provide a full report of the equipment, ensuring the operation is constructed to the specified standards.
