The new PhoCheck Tiger Select
from IonScience is now available
from Shawcity to hire or buy. It
is reported that the instrument
will provide rapid, accurate
detection of both Total
Aromatic Compounds
(TACs) and Benzene, with or
without a tube attachment.

The instrument utilises
the high output Ion Science
10.0eV detection system
and a reading for Total
Aromatic Compounds
(TACs) is seen
immediately on start-up.
Should aromatics be detected, a
benzene pre-filter tube can be
easily attached to ensure rapid
detection and selective
measurement of benzene.

The Tiger Select displays real
time data, ensuring the final
reading represents the full value
of actual benzene present and is
displayed down to ppb levels.

The instrument is capable of
providing 15 minute STELs and 8
hour TWAs for TACs. A 10.6 eV
lamp can also be installed with ease
for the detection of a wide range of
TVOCs.
